The website provides general information about JK Design, our portfolio, service areas, and interior design and consulting services. Website content is not a construction document, professional engineering or architectural advice, a guarantee of results, or an offer capable of acceptance.
2. Inquiries and Consultations
Submitting a contact form, requesting a complimentary 10–15 minute fit call, speaking with us, or receiving preliminary information does not create a designer-client relationship, reserve project availability, or obligate either party to move forward. A client relationship begins only when the applicable written proposal or agreement is signed and any required payment or retainer is received.
3. Design Services and Client Agreements
JK Design may provide residential and commercial interior design, renovation and new-construction selections, space planning, furnishings, procurement, installation coordination, styling, and related consulting services. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, responsibilities, and limitations for a project are governed exclusively by the applicable signed client agreement, proposal, purchase authorization, or invoice terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
4. Furnishings, Procurement, Freight, and Returns
This website is not currently presented as a general online retail storefront. Furnishings and materials sourced or purchased for a client project may require written approval and payment before ordering. Custom, made-to-order, trade, clearance, installed, or otherwise designated items may be final sale. Vendor availability, lead times, freight, delivery, receiving, storage, installation, damage inspections, cancellations, exchanges, restocking fees, and returns are governed by the applicable client agreement, proposal, purchase authorization, invoice, and vendor terms—not by a general website shipping-and-return policy.
5. Contractors and Licensed Professionals
JK Design provides interior design and consulting services and does not represent itself as a licensed general contractor, architect, or engineer unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Contractors and licensed professionals are responsible for construction means and methods, field verification, code compliance, structural and technical decisions, permits, and execution within their professional scope. Clients should not rely on website imagery or general content as construction-ready documentation.
6. Pricing and Availability
Any pricing, service description, timeline, availability, or other information displayed on the website is general and may change without notice. Project pricing and availability are confirmed only in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice issued for that specific engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, layouts, design concepts, renderings, photographs, and portfolio materials—are owned by or licensed to JK Design and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content or design work for another project or commercial purpose without prior written permission.
8. Portfolio and Third-Party Materials
Portfolio images and examples are provided to illustrate past work and general design capabilities; they do not guarantee identical outcomes. Product names, trademarks, images, or other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
