During a one-hour session, we review your goals, space, budget and timeline, then recommend a clear path forward—whether you need help with selections, furnishings, renovation planning or a full-service design project.

Furnishings & Styling
We source furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork and accessories to complete your space. Depending on your project, we can support product selection, procurement, delivery, installation and final styling for homes and businesses in Central Ohio and Tampa Bay.
Virtual Design Consultations
Virtual design support is available wherever you are. Work with Jennifer on furniture layouts, finishes, lighting, furnishings and other design decisions through a focused online consultation tailored to your space and goals.

JK Design & Consulting works on residential and commercial projects ranging from furnishings and space planning to full renovations and new construction. We collaborate with architects, builders, contractors and tradespeople to carry a cohesive vision through every phase.
Serving Central Ohio, Tampa Bay and virtual clients nationwide, we create timeless, functional spaces with a relaxed, polished perspective.
OUR PROCESS
Phase One
CONSULTATION
Begin with a complimentary 10–15 minute fit call to tell us about your project, location, timing and the type of design support you need.
If we are a good fit, the next step is a one-hour design consultation in your home, office or commercial space—or virtually—for $175. During the consultation, we review your priorities, budget and project scope, answer initial questions and recommend the best path forward.
Phase Two
DESIGN CONCEPTS
After receiving your floor plans, inspiration, budget and project questionnaire, we establish the layout and overall design direction.
Design boards and renderings help you visualize the color palette, furnishings, fixtures and finishes so we can align on a cohesive concept before selections and purchasing begin.
Phase Three
SELECTIONS & PROCUREMENT
Once the design concept is approved, we finalize furnishings, fixtures and finish selections, prepare quotes and manage purchasing through our trusted trade and retail partners.
Depending on the project, selections may include cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, furniture, window treatments, artwork and accessories.
Phase Four
INSTALLATION & FINAL STYLING
We coordinate delivery, installation and final styling to bring the approved design to life.
For renovations and new construction, we collaborate with your contractor and project team throughout the process. Furnishings and accessories are installed and styled together whenever possible, creating a polished and thoughtfully finished reveal.
